Graduation Messages

Year Book Graduation Message
Congratulation graduates of 2017!! Indeed it has been a long journey. After investing years into your education and sacrificing so much to get this far, I salute you for finally reaping the fruits of your hard work. Congratulations! I am extremely happy to join others in congratulating you for this great achievement in OMC. Your will to push hard and never keep up despite all the challenges you may have experienced along the way has brought you up to this far.

As you go out there to serve humanity in this world full of self, ask yourself the question that the good Samaritan in the bible asked himself.“The first question which the priest and the Levite asked was: 'If I stop to help this man, what will happen to me?' But...the good Samaritan reversed the question: 'If I do not stop to help this man, what will happen to him?”

Remember and act upon the concept that the world needs not only well educated and intelligent people, but the world also needs people who are caring, loving and compassionate. We need people who extend their hands to help others and stand up for the rights of all mankind. I truly want our mission statement to remain in your hearts and souls throughout your lives. The commitment to provide “service oriented professionals pegged on technology, innovation and critical thinking” to make a positive difference in the World .

Keep a clear eye toward life's end. Do not forget your purpose and destiny as God's creature. What you are in his sight is what you are and nothing more. Remember that when you leave this earth, you can take nothing that you have received, but only what you have given; a full heart enriched by honest service, love, sacrifice, and courage. I don't know what your destiny will be, but one thing I know is that the only ones who will be happy are those who have sought and found how to serve.

Congratulations for coming this far. In whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of blessings.

Dear Graduands, this is your day and I congratulate you on your achievement—well done!!!. You are fortunate that you are graduating from an institution that has prepared you exceptionally well. I am deeply overjoyed to join with so many others to offer my congratulations.

Graduation is a time of celebration and triumph and marks the end of one phase and beginning of the next phase. It is a very proud moment for us all who have all played a role in the end result. You have reached yet another milestone in your life’s journey

Indeed it is very gratifying when hard work and dedication pay off.

The stage has now been set for you to venture onto a new, more dynamic and perhaps more challenging path where you now enter the global stage that Outspan Medical College has empowered you to conquer.

It is not enough to simply try and get by in life—that does not move the world forward—you must strive to excel in everything you do—excellence in every task, large or small. The decisions you make starting today will shape your career. Your engagement and commitment to hard work should not be diminished. This is actually the point where it intensifies as you now have to put what you have learnt in to practice to prove that you are worthy your achievement. Do not be afraid to be fearless. We all must have goals and we will have fears about achieving them at some point , but it is how we handle those fears that determines whether or not and how quickly we get there. I urge you at all times to remember that the impact of the quality of your work is like a pebble, which will be felt by the whole society as it spreads out like ripples on a pond.

Abide by the ethical standards of your profession at all times. It is said that the reward of hard work is more work and the reward of good quality work is respect from society.

In closing I implore you yet again to hold high and exceed the standards of the profession set by so many who have gone before and blazed the trail for you.

Once again congratulations to you all on your achievement, I wish you every success.
